For dry brushing, brush towards the heart, starting at your feet and work up your legs one at a time. Then move up your mid-section (front and back) and across your chest. Finish by brushing up your arms toward your armpits. When used with soap and water, scrub in circular motions to build up lather and exfoliate the skin. Rinse after use and hang to dry.
Love the brush is made of natural materials. I wish the handle was just a couple inches longer. I did have green stuff at the base of the bristles when the brush first got wet, but did not know if that was a natural process of plant based bristles. High on the exfoliation scale.

Great brush, unnecessary plastic wrap, and tag tie
Great brush, exactly what I was looking for. Recommended for the actual brush in terms of quality and effectiveness. Could be a tad longer, but not a deal-breaker.
Would give it 5 stars, but it came wrapped in plastic and had a plastic tag tie. Seems strange to go through all that trouble to make a plastic-free brush, and then add plastic to the packaging.
