How to Use

Start with a full-body cleanse to remove dirt, sweat, and impurities. Apply soap or body wash to wet skin with hands, sponge, or wash cloth, and work up a gentle lather. Rinse suds away with warm water.

Gently scrub away dry, rough patches to reveal smoother skin. Massage onto wet skin in circular motions, then rinse. Regular exfoliation helps improve texture and allows moisturizers to absorb more effectively.

After bath or shower, apply a nourishing layer of hydration to arms, legs, and areas that need it most. From light lotions to decadent crèmes and butters, this step seals in moisture and leaves skin soft, supple, and looking radiant.

Indulge areas that need extra care with targeted treatments designed to renew and replenish. Apply these concentrated formulas to dry or slightly damp skin, then massage in until fully absorbed.

Shield against harmful UV rays with a mineral SPF, like Daily Defense Mineral SPF 50 Body Sunscreen. Apply 15 minutes before sun exposure, and again after 80 minutes of swimming or sweating, at least every 2 hours. Healthy skin ahead!

    Amazing product

    I had been searching for a replacement to a foot scrub that I can no longer get in the U.S., so I tried this. I was very skeptical because I've been so loyal to the other brand (had used it for over 15 years) and had never been able to find something even close to it.

    I'm a runner and I take good care of my feet. This product is amazing. The texture, scent, efficacy & price point have now made me loyal to Lather. Serious thanks to the product team at Lather - you have done a great job!

    You will never go back to those watery scrubs

    I've been using this since Emily introduced it. There is no better, anywhere. My feet aren't particularly terrible (probably because I've used this for decades) but I want them to look presentable at all times as I wear a lot of sandals and go barefoot at home. This is my favorite part of the shower. I always feel like I accomplished something. As a side note, all of Lather scrubs are among the best I have ever tried.

    the best foot scrub!

    I have used this foot scrub since it was added to the line, which is possibly day 1, at the least it was very early in Lather's existence. I don't feel clean if I don't scrub my feet. I'm over 60 but my feet are baby soft. I am never without it. I use what's left on my hand to do my elbows which are also super soft. Lather has lots of great products, for me, this is one of the few I cannot be without. I've tried dozens of foot scrubs, this is the only worth the money. Be prepared this is 100% scrub, no liquid. I also like to add a few drops of peppermint essential oil.
