LATHER offers free shipping of online purchases of $65 or more within the contiguous U.S. No code needed.

Please note dates and fees may vary for orders placed outside of contiguous U.S delivery addresses. If you have further questions about international shipments and delivery dates for the holidays, please email us at

We offer shipping of online purchases to the U.S., Canada, India, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Taiwan, Hong Kong and Singapore addresses only. The customer is responsible for all taxes and import duties, taxes and brokerage fees (if any). These fees may be charged to you when your package reaches the Canadian border (these fees are not included in the shipping that we charge you). 

*Please note that we ship Monday-Friday only during normal business hours. Any order placed during non-business hours will be processed the following business day, including holidays. Orders will not ship over the weekend.

Order Tracking

When you place an order with LATHER, you will receive an order confirmation via email. When your order ships, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information. If you have questions about your order please email Please include your order number in the subject of your email.

Return and Exchange Policy:

Didn't love it? No problem! We offer hassle-free returns and exchanges for LATHER products, but the process may differ depending on how you originally purchased the item.

For orders:

  1. You may return unopened or lightly used products within 30 days of purchase.

  2. To initiate a return, please contact us at We'll provide a return authorization number and shipping instructions.

  3. Please note: You are responsible for return shipping and handling charges. We will only cover these charges if the return is due to our error, or if you received a damaged or defective product.

  4. Include the return authorization number on your package and use a trackable shipping service.

  5. Upon receipt and processing of your return, we will issue a refund for the price of your item(s) in the form of an e-gift card. Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded.

For in-store returns and/or exchanges:

  1. Products must be returned or exchanged to the original store of purchase within 30 days.

  2. In-store associates will assist you with the return or exchange process.

Important Note: After 30 days of purchase, you will be responsible for all shipping charges associated with returns or exchanges.


  1. If you wish to exchange a product for a different item of equal or lesser value, you can do so online by contacting or in-store (depending on your original purchase location).

  2. Please specify the desired product by name, size, and item number when initiating your return/exchange.

  3. We will be happy to send your new product to the address listed on your original shipment for online orders. In-store exchanges will be processed at the time of return.

  4. Please note: You are responsible for any additional shipping charges associated with exchanges.

Damaged or Defective Products Policy:

When your order arrives, please inspect the package for any damage or defects. Please anticipate natural wear on your outer package. However, if your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at Simply provide your order number, a photo and description of the damage or defect, your email address and phone number. To ensure prompt resolution, please keep the original shipping package and the damaged or defective product for inspection. We will provide you with return instructions at our expense. If, after examining the product, we confirm that it is damaged or defective, we will issue a refund for the price you paid to the original method of payment. Your original shipping and handling charges will not be refunded. However, replacement items for damaged or defective products will be shipped to you free of charge.
