Shipping Overview

In an effort to continue operations while caring for the health and safety of our warehouse staff, we are experiencing shipping delays. Please anticipate arrival within 7-10 business days from your order date. Thank you for your patience.

LATHER offers free shipping of online purchases of $60 or more within the contiguous U.S. No code needed.

We offer shipping of online purchases to the U.S., Canada, India, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Taiwan, Hong Kong and Singapore addresses only. The customer is responsible for all taxes and import duties, taxes and brokerage fees (if any). These fees may be charged to you when your package reaches the Canadian border (these fees are not included in the shipping that we charge you).

*Please note that we ship Monday-Friday only during normal business hours. Any order placed during non-business hours will be processed the following business day. Orders will not ship over the weekend.

Order Tracking

When you place an order with LATHER, you will receive an order confirmation via email. When your order ships, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information. If you have questions about your order please email customercare@lather.com. Please include your order number in the subject of your email.

Return and Exchange Policy:

Didn't love it? No problem! You may return unopened or lightly used LATHER.com products within 30 days of purchase. Simply contact us at customercare@lather.com to initiate your return. We will provide you with a return authorization number, as well as shipping instructions for your return package. We do require you to be responsible for return shipping and handling charges. However, we will cover your return shipping and handling charges if the reason for your return is a result of our error, or you received a damaged or defective product.

Please include the return authorization number provided to you when you return your package. We suggest you ship via a trackable service to ensure delivery. Upon receipt and processing of your return, we will refund the price you paid for your item to the original method of payment. Unfortunately we are not able to refund shipping and handling charges at this time.

Have your heart set on a different product? No problem! If you wish to exchange your product for a different item of equal or lesser value, please specify the desired product by name, size and item number. We would be happy to send your new product to the address listed on your original shipment. Please note, you will be responsible for these shipping charges.

Damaged or Defective Products Policy:

When your LATHER.com order arrives, please inspect the package for any damage or defects. Please anticipate natural wear on your outer package. However, if your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at customercare@lather.com. Simply provide your order number, a description of the damage or defect, your email address and phone number. To ensure prompt resolution, please keep the original shipping package and the damaged or defective product for inspection. We will provide you with return instructions at our expense. If, after examining the product, we confirm that it is damaged or defective, we will issue a refund for the price you paid to the original method of payment. Your original shipping and handling charges will not be refunded. However, replacement items for damaged or defective products will be shipped to you free of charge.
