LATHER Up Terms & Conditions
Please read these terms and conditions of participation in the LATHER Up Rewards program. By participating in this program, you agree to be bound by the terms described herein and all terms incorporated by reference. If you do not agree with everything listed below, do not participate in this program.
Program Benefits and Rewards
As a member, you earn points that determine your tier and tier benefits. To redeem rewards, you must have the minimum number of points to receive the benefit. Product rewards and products are shipped with product purchase on site or in-store. Points can be redeemed as a discount on orders. Stacking benefits is prohibited. You must be logged into account to redeem rewards. Qualifying members will receive emails and text invitations when rewards are available.

- During your birthday, you will receive points that can be redeemed for a discount or reward. In order to redeem your reward, you must make a purchase either online or in-store. These points expire after 1 year. There is a limit to only receiving your birthday gift once per year.
- Accounts nor program rewards can be shared or combined. Only the member paying for the products may accumulate the points and benefits.
- Points are awarded into accounts after 30 days of purchase date. If items are returned, then points are also refunded.
- Points are only awarded on orders for the amount of the items purchased. Shipping, taxes, and other fees are not eligible for points.
- We reserve the right to change program benefits, how you reach program tier, and how you earn points. We reserve the right to update rewards and discounts.
- Rewards can be redeemed online or in-store. Airport locations are excluded from all LATHER Up benefits/features.
- By enrolling in the program, you are automatically subscribed to receive and content to receive LATHER marketing emails and text as well as program related emails and texts.
